Return Guidelines
You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they remain unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact. Returns are accepted in the following situations:
- The item does not match the description.
- You received the wrong product.
- The item arrived damaged or defective.

In-Store Return
- Bring your product along with proof of purchase to our store.
- Our team will assist you in processing the return.
Return Costs
We do not charge a return processing fee, but customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective product.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. The amount refunded depends on the reason for the return:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
