Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Returns are eligible for the following reasons:
- You received an incorrect item
- The item is not as described
- The product arrived damaged or defective
How to Return an Item
Returning your purchase is a simple process, and you can choose from the following options:
By Mail: Contact our customer support at [email protected] to request a return. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization number.
In-Store: Visit our store with the product and proof of purchase. Our team will assist you with the return process.
Return Shipping Costs
We do not charge return processing fees; however, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, defective product).
Refund Policy
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your account.
Refund Breakdown:
- Item not received → 100% refund
- Wrong item / Not as described → 100% refund (Item must be returned)
- Damaged or defective item → 100% refund (Item must be returned)
- Customer dissatisfaction → 80% refund (Item must be returned)
Order Cancellation Policy
